1. First thing in the Morning, Do Whatever You Like To Do
The very first thing in the morning, You can do whatever work you like to do. If you work happily in the morning, your whole day will be exciting.
Do you remember, on the day of your birthday or on some important occasions you wake up in the morning automatically, because that day is exciting for you. This is the reason that if you make your every day exciting, then you will start waking up early in the morning.
2. Decide Your Work In Advance
You may have noticed that when your alarm rings in the morning: the first thing that comes to your mind is why I need to wake up? Is it really important to wake up now? That’s why make your worklist or to-do list in advance at night before bed, thus, all these questions won’t come to your mind when you wake up in the morning.
3. Give Yourself a Strong Reason to Wake Up in the Morning
Write about why do you want to wake up in the morning, also write that what will be the loss if you don’t wake up.
This will create a sense of urgency and you will get a strong reason for getting up in the morning.

6. Sleep at the Right Time
If you sleep at the right time, you will wake up at the right time automatically. It means If you sleep early, you will wake up early.
If you are sleeping late at night, still set the alarm to wake up early. For example:- If you are sleeping at 1 o’clock, still want to wake up at 4 o’clock. You will feel tired in starting, but then this tiredness will force you to sleep early.
Within 2-3 days, you will start feeling sleepy from 10 o’clock in the night. And by doing this 21 days continuously, it will become your habit.
7. Set the Perfect Sound for Alarm.
You can Use motivational songs which you like. If you use Motivational songs, then you will feel like working on your Goal and you will get up.
But use the smooth motivational song, whose sound is normal because only if you wake up peacefully, then your whole day will be peaceful and you will be able to focus peacefully on your goal.
You can use different apps available on the play store for alarm that will help you wake up in the morning. Like “shake-it-alarm”, “alarmy” etc.
If you wake up at 9 am, reduce half an hour, and wake up at 8:30 am. Keep waking up at 8:30 am for a week. And, from the next week reduce the time to 30 minutes before i.e. 8:00 am, follow the same for one week.
From the next week, reduce time to 7:30 am and keep repeating the technique until you start waking up at 4 am.
