If you’re not healthy, you cannot be happy. It’s important to not to ignore health.

Ways to a Happy Life

Here’re some useful and practical ways to live a happy life. Simply follow this for 21 days and see the change in yourself.

Eat Like Italians

The Mediterranian diet is great for heart health, it reduces the risk of diabetes, reduces high blood pressure and cancer, and it’s sustainable for fat burning and lean muscle gain, says Sheffield Hallam University.

Go Outside Everyday

Go outside and spend at least 30 minutes near the road watching peoples and vehicles, it will distract your mind and also decrease your stress level.

Walk a mile on foot

Walking is good for both mental and physical health. I walk 3-4 km every day. Sometimes I go to my office by walking in the morning.

And it really feels good.

Adding 30 minutes of walking to your daily routine five days a week can add three and a half years to your lifespan.

Also, walking makes me feel good. I’m sure it will also make you feel good.

Try to walk in the morning or in the evening.

Take Hot bath

Ehime University in Matsuyama in Japan found that regular hot baths are linked to better heart and circulatory health.

If you would take 5 hot baths is the week your heart health will be good.

Go on Holidays

Take a break and go on holiday after every 3-4 months.

Try to travel to the place near you every weekend. It can be your favorite place where you like to be.

Vacations are good ways to relieve stress.

Spend some time in green area

The village people live longer than city people. It is scientifically proven.

Ignore fast foods or outside food

You should avoid fast foods if you can’t ignore. You’re going to pay for the hospital bills.

Fast food is usually higher in fat, calories, cholesterol, and sodium in comparison to homemade meals. Eating too much fast food can increase the risk of health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and obesity. – says youngwomenshealth.org
