How to Wake Up?
I know this is not so much easy. But it’s not impossible. I will tell you how. Start with day 1, set more than 2 alarms for eg. 6:00 am, 6:10 am and 6:15 am. Repeat the same for at least 3-5 days. Then change the alarm time one hour before, make it 5:00 am, 5:10 am and 5:15 am and so on.
Do this for 21 days. After 21 days it will become your habit, after that, you don’t need an alarm to wake. In fact, I’ve used this technique, this is very helpful.
Try once, set an alarm of 4 am, wake up with the alarm and feel the moment. Do this another day too. Do this for a week, do this for 21 days. Later it will become your habit and part of your routine.
